Provide legal advice to our business units in contract, corporate, and employment law
Draft and negotiate contracts, with a focus on international industrial agreements (supply contracts, project contracts, procurement/purchase agreements, research and development agreements)
Participate in a project to manage legal risks
Participate in a project to implement artificial intelligence (AI) in the area of contract law
Conduct in-house training on legal topics
Support and oversee the network of international external counsel

Degree in law and admission to the bar
Interest in industry and enjoyment working in an interdisciplinary team
Quick learner with the ability to work independently
Modern working methods and strong IT user skills; experience with legal AI tools is an advantage
Fluent German and English; other language skills are a plus, e.g., Italian, Turkish
