Typical MSP tasks: support, monitoring, maintenance, documentation
Participation in projects in the areas of Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID
Network & Wi‑Fi (HP / Aruba / WatchGuard)
Security (e.g., EDR, firewall, backup)
Planning and implementation of small IT projects independently or as part of a team
Direct customer contact and technical consulting

Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent experience
Solid fundamentals in Windows, networking and IT infrastructure
Interest in cloud, security and modern IT stacks
Motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility
Structured working style and enjoyment of customer projects
Driver’s license (Class B) for occasional on-site customer appointments
Open and friendly communication when dealing with customers and colleagues
Curiosity, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working with new technologies are more important to us than perfect prior knowledge in every area
