About this role
Role Overview
Engage in strategic cold and warm calling to connect with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Proactively identify new business opportunities while managing existing high-value client accounts.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
Represent the entire K2 service suite, including Staffing, K2 University, Managed Solutions, and Consulting.
Identify complex client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Negotiate high-level contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process with precision.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment or IT Consultancy Sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Native German speaker with Fluent English proficiency.
Highly comfortable with business-to-business interactions.
Genuine enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the evolving IT landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
