Lead mid to large size and complex Oracle Cloud consulting engagements.
Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle PDH requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions.
Leads the implementation of the Oracle Cloud PDH module from cradle-to-grave implementing industry best practices, in a cross functional capacity with other functional tracks, and consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios.
Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary (RICE items). This will involve presenting and clearly quantifying the benefits of the proposed solutions.
Ability to lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle PDH application team.
Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
Develop and implement long-term client strategies as required
Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for Oracle PDH cloud implementations.
Expert level experience as an Oracle PDH Lead implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.
Knowledgeable and experienced with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST) is preferred
Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Oracle PDH solutions.
Understanding of best practices product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements
Expert level experience in Oracle Product Data Hub with a good understanding of how attributes in PDH impact various functional areas in the following key Oracle Cloud Applications:
Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements.
