About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and administration
Support employee and client onboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete
Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding milestones are met
Manage and organise files, records, and documentation
Assist with basic reporting and data consolidation
Handle general administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and email coordination
Ensure compliance with internal processes and checklists
Support ad-hoc operational and admin tasks as required
Requirements
Min 2.5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Business Support function
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, basic data analysis)
Previous experience in administration, business support, or operations support
Experience supporting onboarding or internal processes (employees or clients)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
