About this role
Role Overview
- Develop, implement, and execute manual software tests
- Verify systems/subsystems by understanding test requirements and formulating test cases
- Support inter-dependent development and testing activities
- Analyze and document test standards, procedures and results
- Work closely with development engineers and drive resolution of problems
- Qualify various storage HDD and flash drives
- Create and develop test automation strategies
Requirements
- Familiarity with networking concepts and LAN infrastructure
- Understanding of distributed systems
- Experience working in a Linux environment with containers
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and continuous integration
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering QA; a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience is required.
