About this role
Role Overview
Financial accounting: Ensuring ongoing postings, account maintenance and reconciliations 📚
Accounts receivable and payable management: Responsible for invoicing, verification and dunning processes 📨
Expense and credit card reconciliations: Efficient processing and control 💳
Payments: Preparation and approval of payment runs and their posting 🏦
Support to the Head of Finance: Preparation of the annual financial statements and budgets 📊
Administration: First-level handling of client inquiries and administrative support ✍️
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in business administration or comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in financial accounting (general ledger, AR/AP) as well as in expense and credit card management
Confident user of MS Excel/Office, ideally experience with Abacus
Independent, structured way of working and strong affinity for numbers
Enjoys client contact and has a strong service orientation
