About this role
Role Overview
Owning and leading the development of brand campaigns within the Cereal crop solutions portfolio by collaborating closely with the Cereal and Pulse Market Manager, Technical Service, Sales, and Customer Solutions Team (CXT).
Supporting the sales organization through clear brand messaging, positioning, and alignment of commercial activities with overall marketing strategy.
Supporting portfolio profitability by assisting the Cereal and Pulse Market Manager with forecasting, financial planning, lifecycle management, competitive insights, and long-term resource planning.
Acting as the brand champion for Cereal Crop Protection products.
Leading Fungicides lifecycle management (LCM) in Canada.
Coordinating and integrating brand campaigns internally across Sales, CST, and Marketing teams and externally with channel partners.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably within the agricultural industry.
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management principles.
Knowledge of growers, distributors, agronomy practices, and the crop protection industry.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a proven track record of achieving goals.
Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, presenting, writing, teamwork, and the ability to lead or influence teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel across Canada as business needs require.
