About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and optimize practical, visually engaging learning materials in the online classroom
Collaborate with our curriculum team to develop new content and contribute your professional perspective
Support bootcamp participants with technical and content-related questions about tools, architecture, projects, or AI technologies
Provide individual 1:1 mentoring via video or audio calls and guide participants purposefully toward successful completion
Lead small, interactive group sessions (e.g., code walkthroughs, feature discussions, development decisions)
Document participants' learning progress and attendance
Conduct structured onboarding and offboarding processes
Analyze submitted assignments (projects, experiments, code) and provide targeted, constructive feedback
Support our experienced trainers in conducting sessions.
Requirements
Basic technical understanding and initial hands-on experience in software development using modern technologies
Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics (e.g., AI tools, agent systems, no-code tools, DevOps)
Structured working style, curiosity, and enthusiasm for modern learning formats
Initial experience with online learning platforms (LMS), collaboration tools, and cloud-based systems
2–3 years of professional experience
Enjoy interacting with participants and supporting others both professionally and personally on their journey
Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
