Work closely together with our marketing team, further building our own GTM System (campaigns, SDR-Agents, etc.) to drive lead generation and sales efficiency
Conduct Research & Development to unlock new use cases, channels, and methods that the market has not seen yet and make them available first for our own system and then for our clients
Prepare playbooks, agents, and other materials for the delivery team, so we can easily embed it for our clients
Build N8N workflows or work with Claude Code to ensure our own delivery efficiency is optimised
Requirements
3+ years of experience working in the field of building outbound lead generation systems and working with database/signal tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.
2+ years of experience with Clay .com and very strong skills in building tables
Experience with Hubspot is a plus. Additional CRM experience as well.
2+ years of experience with automation tools such as N8N and similar
Good communication skills
Highly structured Do-er mentality
Excellent English skills, German is a plus
Strong interest in the AI-Sales space
Strong self-motivation and the capability to work fully remotely
