Role Overview
- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions that serve business customers
- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed B2B platform systems
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective resolutions
- Manage project requirements, coding, testing, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Mentor small engineering groups
- Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues
- Translate project requirements into technical solutions
- Support users by addressing technical questions and guiding implementation strategies
- Develop and maintain automated scripts for continuous integration and delivery processes
- Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#, NodeJs, Typescript and ReactJs.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, queuing systems (Kafka or similar), and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL
- Knowledge of agentic AI development, prompt engineering, and integration of AI capabilities into production systems
- Expertise in API design, platform development, and iterative incremental development methodologies
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, debugging, and defect management to ensure high-quality solutions
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and automation scripting
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide small engineering teams effectively
- Commitment to adhering to coding standards, security policies, and quality assurance practices.
