2–4 years of experience designing digital products, preferably with a focus on mobile.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX and UI thinking and ability to ship real work.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
A user-first mindset and ability to balance user needs with business priorities.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineers and PMs.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative team environment.
Bonus: Experience in financial products or regulated industries is helpful.
