Role Overview
- Technical leadership for central IT core platforms
- Actively shape the strategic development of the core platforms
- Responsible for the secure, stable and high-performance operation of the core platforms
- Continuous optimization with regard to scalability, security and user experience
- Close collaboration with IT Security and business units to define standards, policies and processes
- Lead a team of platform owners and promote knowledge sharing
- Lead projects to introduce new technologies and services from planning through rollout
- Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen the company in the digital environment
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience leading teams and being responsible for business-critical IT platforms
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, Azure, identity & access management, as well as cloud and on-premises infrastructures
- Experience in automation, standardization and building efficient platform processes
- Strong communication skills in German and English
