Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities within timelines
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements
Liaise with AP, AR, clinics, and operations teams to resolve posting issues
Assist on invoice Processing and payment runs.
Assist on AR Billing and collection
Assist with internal and external audits, including document preparation
Manage input VAT, sales VAT, and withholding tax matters
Prepare Management reports by BU
Perform any ad hoc task assigned
Support new initiatives from business
To communicate, coordinate, or work together with government authorities whenever it becomes necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and statutory requirements, with working knowledge of Thailand’s financial and tax regulations
Able to communicate in Thai (spoken and written) to effectively support and work with the Thailand Finance team
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up or evolving environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and takes ownership of deliverables, with a mindset of continuous improvement
Good command of written and spoken English
