Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration or a comparable field (international degrees advantageous), graduating in 2025 or 2026
At least some initial professional experience (e.g., internships) preferred, ideally in the insurance sector
Motivation and willingness to engage with and learn new subject areas
Team player with a quick grasp of business topics and a readiness to make decisions
Very good German and English skills and strong MS Office proficiency
