Role Overview
- Sourcing potential medical providers and evaluating their fit based on care quality, service speed, and operational reliability
- Building and managing relationships with providers, explaining TopDog's standards and expectations with clarity and confidence
- Managing the provider portfolio, tracking performance, spotting trends, and addressing issues proactively
- Holding providers accountable to clear performance standards while maintaining collaborative, respectful relationships
- Working closely with law firm operations to ensure providers are delivering quality care and responsive service
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then working cross functionally to implement improvements
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five plus years in a similar role working with providers or managing external relationships and performance
- Comfortable with spreadsheet analysis and CRM systems to track and evaluate data
- Prior experience working cross functionally in a fast paced growth focused environment
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed.
