You coordinate ongoing projects and assist the department head with planning, organization and execution of day-to-day operations.
You monitor schedules, processes and project progress and ensure that all stakeholders are kept well informed.
You act as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, technical contacts and electricians.
You independently conduct follow-up calls to check the status of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
You take responsibility for scheduling and resource planning for our installers and coordinate on-site workflows.
You support the documentation of project statuses and maintain relevant information in a structured manner.
You review incoming invoices for completeness and accuracy and support project accounting.
You handle inquiries from prospective clients, respond courteously and forward them to the responsible colleagues as needed.
You support the implementation of our campaigns and perform targeted follow-up calls afterwards.
You place orders for materials, equipment and other supplies independently and ensure everything is available on time.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Clerk or a comparable qualification is desirable
Initial professional experience in project coordination, team assistance or office/project management is desirable
You have a technical understanding and can familiarize yourself quickly with technical processes
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Confident user of common PC applications, especially MS Office
You work in a structured, independent and responsible manner
Team player with strong communication skills
Very good numerical understanding as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
