New customer acquisition and (key) account management for the sales territory Central Germany (core region: Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate) in the Products division, in line with strategic guidelines.
Customer support in close coordination with internal stakeholders Lifetime Service, ASM Solution and ASM Service.
Technical consultation for customers and support in implementing customer applications.
Close collaboration with internal Sales in areas such as quotation preparation, price lists, delivery agreements, etc.
Responsibility for contract management and insolvency protection (e.g., invoice tracking, dunning processes, etc.).
Monitoring market trends and buyer behavior and providing feedback to Global Product Management and the R&D center to stimulate development of new products and applications.
Maintaining the customer database and ensuring all information is up to date (SAP/CRM).
Representing the company at trade fairs and customer events, for example.
Requirements
Completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or alternatively a state-certified technician/master craftsman or equivalent qualifications.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment—e.g., intralogistics plant engineering, drive technology, control technology, or similar.
Strong service and customer orientation.
Independent, self-motivated working style.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technical topics.
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1).
High willingness to travel within the sales territory as well as to the involved production sites.
