Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of L&D Specialists and Skills Trainers
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team
Develop, coordinate, and deliver a range of innovative training solutions, including face-to-face learning programs, short courses, and corporate initiatives
Build and manage strong relationships across the business, serving as experts in learning
Work closely with the Quality and Design team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to assist in the creation of learning content that addresses skill gaps and meets colleague needs
Engage with stakeholders in a consultative capacity to identify key training needs, develop training strategies, and support business performance improvement
Collaborate with programme sponsors during the design and development of learning programmes
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate and promote learning and apprenticeship projects across the business
Partner with wider HR teams to ensure that our programmes support both learning and apprenticeship strategies and talent development objectives
Implement evaluation methodologies to ensure continuous improvement of our learning offerings based on colleague feedback and evolving business needs
Support the development of reports and return on investment analyses as required to measure the impact of learning initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior L&D role, delivering impactful training initiatives
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team
Expertise in designing and implementing learning solutions that align with business needs
Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
