About this role
Role Overview
- Lead Epic implementations from initiation through go‑live and stabilization
- Own Epic workstream execution within broader client integration programs
- Develop and manage detailed project plans covering Epic build, testing, conversion, training, cutover, and go‑live
- Ensure Epic implementations align to Epic SOM standards
- Own validation of SOM completeness as a formal exit criterion from implementation
- Coordinate with Epic Services, Technology, Readiness, Operations, and Product teams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7–10+ years of Epic implementation project management experience
- Strong Epic revenue cycle implementation expertise
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional delivery
- Epic certification(s) preferred
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Experience in enterprise integration environments preferred
