Develop and drive category specific strategies in Medsurg with a focus on "best value".
Drive strategic sourcing best practices, including RFx activities.
Establish/maintain supplier partnerships and identify supply risks and opportunities.
Conduct RFx events, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and cost analysis.
Partner with Purchasing Operations and Materials Management to resolve supply shortages.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support standardization initiatives and product evaluations.
Implement and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and supplier KPIs.

Five (5) or more years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, consulting, or related functional roles, ideally within healthcare.
Experience in healthcare supply chain or sourcing roles, with Med‑Surg experience strongly preferred.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams.
Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, contract management, and cost‑analysis techniques.
