Implement and configure Saviynt IGA solutions including: Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver), Access Request Management (ARM), Access Certifications / Recertifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Role Mining and Role Engineering
Configure and customize: Saviynt workflows, rules, jobs, approvals, and notifications, Analytics, reports, dashboards, and campaigns
Perform application onboarding using standard and custom connectors (REST, JDBC, SCIM)
Develop and maintain integrations with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
Develop and support custom Saviynt workflows and APIs
Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and production support
Support audits by providing access evidence, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with architects and security teams to align implementation with design
Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and tool migrations (e.g., SailPoint → Saviynt)
Maintain strong documentation and follow SDLC and change‑management processes

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information security, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
10 years of related experience in Information Security, including IAM/Identity governance
Must be 18 years of age or older
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, information security, cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
Certifications: Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP / CISM, AWS / Azure Security certifications (preferred)
2-3 years hands‑on Saviynt/Sailpoint experience (strongly preferred)
Strong experience in: Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), Access Certifications and SoD, Role Engineering and RBAC
Experience integrating IAM solutions in hybrid and Cloud environments
Good understanding of IAM controls, audit requirements, and compliance needs
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global delivery teams.
