Director, Value Analysis

Role Overview

• Facilitates and leads daily Value Analysis activities within the Value Analysis team
• Focuses on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization
• Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to evaluate products, services and technologies
• Provides leadership, training, and support to colleagues involved in Value Analysis initiatives
• Proactive communication with clinical, operational and supply chain colleagues
• Facilitates meeting activities supporting the value analysis committees
• Drives accountability within the value analysis team ensuring deadlines are met
• Builds relationships across the health care continuum to drive change
• Reviews internal value analysis processes and identifies areas for improvement and efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
• 10 years of clinical experience within the acute care setting
• 5 years demonstrated leadership experience
• 2 years of Value Analysis experience
• Working knowledge of Value Analysis processes and methodology
• Proven decision-making ability
• Ability to handle risk and uncertainty
• Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities
• Ability to perform clinical research
• RN
• Licensed Registered Nurse_PA
• State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
