Support the Legal Department Administrative Operations Manager and other members of the Legal Department as assigned
Review, analyze, and monitor various ongoing LDAO programs and processes
Analyze and report on data and metrics to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to improve processes and find solutions
Conduct and coordinate research to support LDAO department planning and objectives
Support the LDAO team in planning, coordination, and execution of administrative projects and initiatives
Ensure timely completion of project milestones, status reports, and deliverables by actively collaborating with team members
Ensure project documents are current and stored in designated locations
Special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of professional experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail
Comfort with systems ownership and platform management; ability to own and manage numerous projects at once, including engaging cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to work independently and effectively, under pressure, with minimal direct supervision
Ability to exercise the appropriate amount of discretion in escalating and communicating issues
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Ability to write clearly and concisely
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and a document management system, such as iManage
Willingness and ability to learn and expand skills
