Manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank

Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends to improve deliver outcomes
Coach employees and set objectives for them

Evidenced experience in a Scrum Master role delivering in a complex technical environment with multi-location / time zone teams
Evidenced experience working within the Financial Services industry
Demonstrated experience driving progressive performance improvement of Agile squads
At least one relevant Agile certification (SAFe certification is highly desirable)
Strong technical background, ideally within Data Engineering environments
Experience supporting AI enablement within the Agile delivery lifecycle
