Supporting regular client interactions: developing client-facing materials, creating meeting agendas, taking and sharing meeting notes and delivering written communications and deliverables to client partners
Managing projects: keeping priority workstreams organized and on time, supporting internal meetings with agendas and notes, communicating outcomes and next steps to key stakeholders
Supporting business development strategy: researching prospective clients, updating pitch materials
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or related
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer (June-August)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, basic Excel)
Detail and goal oriented, communicates clearly, professional, comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences and able to take direction
Interest in client services/ management, business development, partnerships
