About this role
Role Overview
Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across multiple modalities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal Siemens partners
Support revenue generation by partnering with customers to develop pre-construction plans, cost estimates, schedules, and project strategies
Monitor construction progress and proactively coordinate resolution of issues
Manage delivery and installation activities against mutually agreed schedules
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on scope, complexity, and timelines
Conduct site visits to validate measurements, review construction readiness, confirm technical requirements, and assess project risk
Communicate project status, schedule changes, and scope updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments
Ability to read and interpret construction and blueprint drawings
Working knowledge of construction disciplines including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with customers and cross-functional partners
Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned area in California and surrounding states as needed (up to 75% travel)
Project management experience in healthcare or regulated construction environments (preferred)
Exposure to imaging, medical equipment, or technical installations (preferred)
CAD knowledge or experience working with technical drawings and layouts (preferred)
Experience supporting ground-up hospital or research facility projects (preferred)
