You acquire and develop B2B customers in your region — from craft trades and construction companies to energy providers.
As an Area Sales Manager, you provide solution-oriented advice, manage the sales process from first contact to closing, and build a resilient network within the energy transition.
You identify and develop customer potential (trades, construction, energy supply) and actively build cooperation partners.
You conduct advisory and sales conversations (remote & on-site) and support the process through to closing.
You qualify inquiries, prepare offers and ensure prompt, reliable responses.
You manage and strategically develop existing customers (up-/cross-selling, framework agreements, referral networks).
You monitor market and competitor developments and derive concrete actions for your region.
You maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and work with clear priorities.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales (field sales or hybrid model) with proven success in prospecting and closing deals
Basic technical understanding, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong customer orientation
Structured way of working, strong team spirit and confident handling of challenges
Class B driving license and willingness to travel for regional customer appointments
Fluent German (C1).
