Planning, building and operating modern infrastructure environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid, Kubernetes)
Supporting the development, maintenance and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
Analyzing complex business problems and developing appropriate IT solutions
Advising on topics such as scalability, cost, security, and architecture
Taking responsibility for planning and executing technical projects — from concept to implementation

Several years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or systems engineering
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes), Linux, and CI/CD development
Solid knowledge of networking technologies and server infrastructures, as well as experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Experience designing and implementing highly available and geo-redundant architectures
Ability to document complex technical topics clearly and in a structured way
Able to explain technical topics in an understandable way — both to developers and to non-technical stakeholders
Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude
You see yourself as a consultant and enjoy working closely with our clients
You speak German and English well enough to manage daily work (B2/C1)
