Role Overview
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Perform routine analyses according to the Quality Monitoring scheme, including recording and communicating results
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Laboratory Practices (NGLP)
- Monitor, verify, and execute internal control plans to maintain high standards and the reliability of analytical processes
- Ensure implementation of all new and updated Nestlé Instructions (LIs)
- Participate in the implementation and update of SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) risk assessments in the laboratory
- Ensure validation, verification, and monitoring activities for analytical methods in accordance with Nestlé standards
- Support root cause analyses in coordination with all relevant stakeholders
- Participate in and successfully complete proficiency testing (P-Test).
Requirements
- University graduate (minimum Bachelor's degree / Bac +3)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated competence in Chemistry and/or Microbiology (minimum 2 years' experience) in the food industry or a related field
- Proven skills in analytical methods and inter-laboratory (interlab) testing
- Ability to interpret and analyze data (SPC)
- Solid knowledge of laboratory equipment
