Role Overview

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy
• Conduct case management, assessment, evaluations, and discharge planning
• Maintain documentation of persons served
• Collaborate with internal and external sources for care

Requirements

• Requires Master’s Degree in counseling or social work field and be eligible for Iowa State licensure
• Requires moderate level computer knowledge and experience
• Ability to use existing program software applications with minimal training
• Ability to maintain mandated computer applications for record keeping
