Stakeholder Communication: Lead regular status meetings, manage expectations during high-pressure campaign launches, and provide transparent reporting on project health.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the agency’s workflow and implement systems to improve delivery speed and quality.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a Marketing/PR agency, with at least 2 years in a Project Management role.
Background: A proven track record in Account Management or Client Services is mandatory.
Tech Savvy: Expert proficiency in Project Management software and a solid understanding of the digital marketing/PR landscape.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (C-level professional standard).
