Support development of acquisition strategies, procurement plans, and contract approaches aligned with mission needs and regulatory requirements.
Assist in drafting and refining acquisition documentation including Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and acquisition plans.
Conduct and document market research to inform procurement strategies, identify capable vendors, and assess commercial capabilities.
Develop or support Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), cost analysis, and price evaluations using market data and historical contract information.
Assist with development and review of solicitation packages including RFQs, RFPs, evaluation criteria, and source selection documentation.
Provide post-award support including contract modifications, funding tracking, performance monitoring, and contract closeout activities.
Ensure acquisition activities comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable agency supplements while coordinating with Government and contractor stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, contract management, finance, accounting, law, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting Federal Government procurement and acquisition activities across pre-award and post-award phases.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific supplements (e.g., DFARS, HHSAR, AFARS).
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Ability to interpret regulatory guidance, identify procurement risks, and support strategic acquisition decision-making.
