Role Overview
- Assist in the preparation of estimates, quantity take-offs, and budgets
- Review drawings to identify scope, risks, and missing information
- Develop construction programmes using MS Project
- Prepare project documentation and reporting templates
- Track cost inputs including labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
- Assist with subcontractor sourcing and comparison
Requirements
- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD
- Experience in demolition, civil works, earthworks, or concrete construction
- Background in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction engineering / civil engineering
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings
- Experience working with tender documentation
