Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across commercial, corporate, consumer, employment, privacy intellectual property matters.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (supplier, technology, marketing and operational contracts).
Advise on new product initiatives, promotions and customer terms & conditions.
Review marketing and customer-facing materials from a legal perspective.
Support cross-functional business projects and growth initiatives.
Contribute to the management of complaints, disputes and other legal issues as they arise – from customer complaints, through to larger litigation matters and regulatory investigations where required.
Support the Legal team with governance, documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
2–5 years post-admission experience in private practice or an in-house environment.
Strong foundation in commercial and contract law.
Broad legal capability across general corporate and advisory matters.
Ability to provide clear, practical and commercially sensible advice.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
