Ensure the monthly close for your scope and guarantee the reliability of financial data
Monitor and control revenue invoicing, cost allocations and billing items across different departments
Produce monthly KPIs for the Executive Committee and the Steering Committee by analyzing data and providing recommendations
Monitor inventory, fixed assets and depreciation charges, and ensure the consistency of monthly forecasts
Contribute to the development of business plans for the launch of new activities
Contribute to HR/payroll controlling: monitor FTEs, total payroll and related analyses
Prepare financial reports for shareholders (income statement, operating result (REX), monthly reporting) and produce the annotated GMR
Consolidate the budget for your scope and perform quarterly reforecasts
Ensure accurate maintenance of the income statement and proactively propose improvements to processes and management tools

You have proven experience as a Financial Controller
Your rigor enables you to excel at data analysis and reporting
You can translate figures into reliable forecasts to inform strategic decisions
Organized and results-oriented, you manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines in a demanding environment
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with digital tools
With a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, you establish smooth collaboration with stakeholders
