8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
Strong experience working on system integrations and API-based solutions
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Experience with requirements lifecycle management and structured documentation
Strong process modeling skills (e.g. BPMN) and analytical thinking
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and engineering teams
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong communication skills in English
High level of ownership, adaptability, and structured working standards
Openness to starting work from 6:00 AM CET.
