Stay Ahead – Keep up with UX/UI trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry innovations to introduce fresh, effective ideas.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-10 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in product-focused environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process — from research insights to final UI.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain design rationale clearly to non-design audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking.
Attention to detail, with the ability to create designs that are both beautiful and practical.
(Bonus) Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise-scale platforms.
Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing
Skilled at creating interaction design solutions for desktop, web and mobile applications
Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens
Familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
Hands-on experience designing consumer applications for desktop, web, and mobile
Proven experience working in design teams in an Agile product development setting
Experience planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process
