Own and optimize the end-to-end procurement process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and uncover cost savings
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to onboard vendors smoothly
Use data to assess procurement performance and make informed recommendations
Champion procurement tooling and automation to drive efficiency
Act as a trusted partner across the organization

6+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within a high-growth technology company
Hands-on experience with procurement tools like Ramp, Zip, or comparable platforms
Strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
High standard with initiative and being a team player
Experience building AI-enabled workflows within a procurement context is a plus
Restless attitude toward process improvement
