Role Overview
- Develop and implement comprehensive test solutions for ultra high-speed data transfer
- Support NPI development from small volume sample to mass production release
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations teams
- Analyze electrical specifications to create detailed ATE test plans
- Collect and analyze device performance data
- Identify and drive test time and cost reductions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering
- 3+ years of management experience leading test teams
- Advanced knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, equipment platforms, and quality frameworks
- Proficiency in C/C++/Java programming
- Ability to interpret hardware schematics and datasheet parameters
- Strong understanding of test methodology and debugging approaches
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
