Role Overview
- Lead the end-to-end design of sophisticated analytical frameworks
- Act as a "data scout," identifying latent patterns and business risks before they reach the executive radar
- Lead the design and evolution of our next-generation self-service data products
- Craft and deliver compelling narratives to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Bridge the gap between disparate business units to create a "single source of truth"
- Set the gold standard for data integrity, security, and documentation
- Pioneer the adoption of new BI tools, ML integrations, and analytical methodologies
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related technical role
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and how analytics drives business outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional data projects in the technology sector
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
