Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using PMIS software (Kahua or similar platforms).
Support project controls activities, including monitoring project progress, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
Collect, organize, and analyze project data from various sources to generate actionable insights, performance metrics, and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for PMIS enhancements and ensure data integrity within the system.
Prepare regular reports and visualizations such as project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
Provide user support and training on PMIS tools to team members, helping to resolve basic technical issues and improve adoption.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency in data handling and project workflows.
Participate in project meetings, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with established controls and standards.
Engage in governance activities by adhering to PMIS / GDC policies and procedures, updating governance documents as needed, and building expertise to serve as an SME in relevant areas.
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, project controls, or data analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI for querying and visualizing data.
Familiarity with PMIS systems or similar enterprise software for project tracking
