About this role
Role Overview
Own the End-to-End Onboarding Experience
You will manage the entire onboarding journey — from contract sending to Day 1 readiness. This includes:
Sending welcome communications and onboarding instructions
Ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed
Managing character reference checks
Validating and reviewing candidate documents and information
Coordinating with internal teams to create employee accounts
Preparing and sending Training Agreements and Employment Contracts
Ensuring all documents are signed, organized, and stored properly
Supporting employees moving into new roles or departments
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
You will be the main point of contact for onboarding candidates, ensuring they feel supported and informed. You will:
Respond to trainee onboarding questions
Guide candidates through requirements
Ensure clear communication at every stage
Maintain a smooth, professional onboarding journey
Keep Everything Accurate, Organized, and On Time
Your attention to detail will ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You will:
Maintain accurate candidate records
Manage the ATS pipeline and onboarding database
Track onboarding progress through reports and documentation
Ensure all onboarding activities meet company timelines and standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year experience in HR onboarding, HR admin, or recruitment operations
Experience handling employment documentation and onboarding processes
Experience working with ATS platforms or HR systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to deliver results and meet timelines
Bonus if you have experience with: HRIS or ATS platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Remote team onboarding
