Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, schedule, and optimize social content
Own the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI insights
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches
Establish best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governance
Stay current on AI trends, platform updates, and social media best practices
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or analytics
Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metrics
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives
Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first companies (preferred)
Familiarity with paid social amplification and A/B testing (preferred)
Experience defining brand voice and social guidelines (preferred)
