Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs
Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks
Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups
Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration
Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment
Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows
High attention to detail and process adherence
Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines
Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruitment teams (Preferred)
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking (Preferred)
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders (Preferred)
