Have 5 or more years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Have expertise in MySQL 8 internals, including schema/index design, optimizer behavior InnoDB and replication
Have knowledge of Linux (performance, file systems, I/O, process/threading, networking)
Have some amount of exposure to shell and/or Python for tooling and automation
Have understanding of computer networking (TCP, TLS, Load Balancing, DNS, routing/NAT, firewalls) and how it impacts databases
