About this role
Role Overview
- Build, configure and administer Data Center based JIRA product from Atlassian
- Configure JIRA for new requirements and enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to configure projects
- Develop scalable, efficient JIRA workflows
- Create tailored configurations, workflows, automations, reports, and integrations
- Implement JIRA automations using JIRA Automation and/or scriptrunner
- Design and lead/assist in the integration of other Atlassian Applications
- Manage implementation issues and escalations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering, supporting, and customizing JIRA
- Experience with administering and developing software team solutions on Atlassian tools especially JIRA and Confluence
- Proficient in ScriptRunner/Groovy/JQL
- Experience using JIRA REST APIs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of previous computer experience including programming experience.
