Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for operational inquiries regarding billing, internal workflows, and ad-hoc requests
• Identify repetitive administrative tasks and build automated workflows to reduce manual entry
• Support billing, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Maintain and improve lightweight tracking models and automated dashboards
• Manage the full lifecycle of operational meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing action items
• Coordinate recruiting pipelines and maintain candidate evaluation materials

Requirements

• 1–3 years in operations, administrative support, or data-entry roles
• Previous experience supporting senior leaders or working within professional services is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and an interest in low-code/no-code automation tools
