Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in healthcare engagement, care coordination, behavior change, or program management
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex programs
- Demonstrated experience in dementia care, brain health, or caregiver support programs
- Experience developing or scaling care coordination programs preferred
