Role Overview
- You will play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure that OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn.
- Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and our system)
- Structured follow-ups and conversation management (human and authentic chats with the target audience)
- Relationship building & social selling (commenting and engaging with the target audience in their feeds)
Requirements
- Very strong social and communication skills
- Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or phone sales is an advantage)
- Structured, independent way of working
- LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
